 We would highly recommend taking lessons from Allen Darnel at Beginners Only Dance Studio. Allen is an excellent dance instructor and has clear teaching methods that are specifically tailored to beginners and to wedding couples. My wife and I first took dance lessons from Allen last year before our wedding. We signed up for the Wedding Special to learn our first dance routine and ballroom dancing basics.
 Within three months, Allen taught us a customized wedding routine (to a song that we selected), the East Coast Swing, the West Coast Swing, the Tango, the Two-Step, the Waltz, and the Foxtrot. Allen is extremely reliable and has a flexible schedule seven days a week. Because of Allen, guests at our wedding are still talking about our first dance and how professional we looked. We can not thank him enough for helping to make our special day so memorable.
 We continue to take weekly dance lessons with Allen and we never feel uncomfortble since all lessons are private. Allen has instilled in us confidence to dance a vast array of ballroom and social dances at clubs, parties, and weddings.

I remember my initial phone call to you. I tried to explain that at 60 years of age, I had never danced a single step in my entire life. You insisted that this
wasn't a problem. I didn't believe you. You proved me wrong. You patiently showed me how easy and natural it is to dance.
Okay - maybe I looked a bit silly a first....and maybe I got befuddled on the box step a few times....and maybe my foot didn't exactly stay planted on some of those pivots - but you have made the lessons fun and interesting. Most importantly, you pulled me across a life-long barrier which I had always shied away from. This weekend, thanks to you, I will confidently dance with my daughter at her wedding.
I not only thank you, but my wife does also. She has been trying to drag me onto a dance floor for years. It was a special bonus that you worked with both my wife and I together. Because of you, she is a better dancer now and thrilled to have a dancing partner.
I can't help but think of how many dancing-challenged folks are out there confronting the same barrier I faced. I wish that I could tell them that they too can dance. After an hour with you -- they will be dancing. Two hours - they will be doing moves they never thought possible. Three hours - they will be learning a myriad of different dances - all without embarrassment or unease.
You have my highest recommendation to anyone that either wants to learn to dance, or just wants to improve their dancing.
